No air, no aaaaaair

OMG. It's so HOT. Can't think, will ramble (elbows sticking to table again, darnit!)

Also, loud! There are two F16's circling round and round - and no, it's not an invasion! I checked the defense webpage, it's just an aerial survey for emergency planning purposes (honestly, what did people do before the internet).

I forgot to mention two significant events of last week.

1. I finished watching SGA season 4, and immediately went online to check how much the next season was. Turned out it was released that same day (I was sure it had been out for a while, but still, the coincidence). Also for the first time I can ever remember, the DVD is released sooner here than in the UK! Unprecedented, I'm sure.
Anyway, divine logical blessing of sci-fi geek calling; check!

2. Finally, finally ordered some posters for my room. There was a sale at allposters.co.uk. I picked quite a mix of motives (sci-fi, drama, nature & urban scenes) but they match each other and my room in terms of colour and my personality in terms of content so I'm very excited for their arrival (not quite as excited as I am about the 34h of work I have left until my holidays, of course. But almost!). Imminent removal of scrap-booking material; check!

Great, now the F16's are gone the drilling has started up again. Right, earplugs in, fan on and back to work! (1h and 20mins until end of this day)
