UFO spotting
Yo! By popular request (by only one person, granted, but it was a very important person) here come the pics of my 'wall art'. I've been looking for ages for something to put on my walls, but even posters are pretty expensive. At least SEK3-400 per poster, and I have a lot of white wall.
In detail from the front:
Now, normally I am the first to bash scrap-booking. That which probably started out with creative imagination as a requirement as you only used what you had, seems to have turned into a multi-million dollar industry and the amount of cutesy stuff you can get is at one time fascinating and makes me want to gag. Now, I confess - I have now purchased some scrap-booking material. But it's to overcome the obsticle of over-prised movie posters, so I'm giving myself a break. Total cost: SEK108. I admit some of the patterns are, well, 'cute', but my room is pretty sparse so I think it works, at least for now.
The red/turquoise display over the bed:
Right side of the room, over my beloved Expedit:
So. What else is new you ask? Answer: my glasses!! They have arrived!! Now I haven't changed my specs in 6 years so it's a big change. I wore the rather drastic red ones today and felt like a UFO part of the time, but for the most part I felt like I'd, eh, found my personality in the lost and found section.
I am a funky geek: now I look like it again.

NIce! Jag gillar det med rosorna på! Och by the way: turkos + rosa äger. Bara så du vet.
Very cool specs and very nice wall art :)
