illogical

Can it really be this hard to learn a language so similar to one's own? I'm getting quite frustrated at my inability to understand Danish having spent almost 2 months here (yet, the time I spend in my free time trying to learn Danish properly... null).

Still, if this means I'm not the linguistic genius my mum has always claimed, it could mean I might actually be good at maths and technology? Maybe I was actually destined to be a theorethical physicist. Or at least maybe I wouldn't suck totally as a programmer.
It seems like awesome fun.
