slooooow
After a promising start this Friday is now dragging on like... most Fridays tend to do. The weeks actually fly by now - not that they don't usually do in the run up to Christmas, but that's usually because of course work and exams, which is clearly not the reason this year. I think it's my database Wednesday on 8th floor. It really breaks the week up and before you know it, its Friday again. 35 days until xmas vacation...
Yesterday I picked up my ER25s, which so far are meeting expectations quite well. When you wear them it doesn't sound like you're wearing ear plugs at all - which is kind of the point I guess as the whole muffle-everything-slightly sound effect of normal ear plugs is not that practical. Still, it makes it feel like something's missing - but I wore them on the tube yesterday and watching tv and my ears didn't hurt so I'm pretty sure they're doing what they're supposed to. They're not super comfortable, but I guess it takes some getting used to hard plastic silicone as opposed to squidgy whatever something-foam.
Also went to the Swedish store, who now store filmjölk!! I now have bregott, filmjölk, prästost, thaisoppa and lingonsylt in my fridge. All they need to retail now is keso, and I might never have to go back (on account of the food, anyway).
